Quotes Management

The Quotes module is integrated with all of the rates databases. Below are several examples of the Search Tab of the Quote form displaying results from various searches. Then we give an example of the Prepare Quote Tab form. 

Note the information in the display area is the response from the appropriate databases. Once you have obtained your response simply select the rate you want to use, and add it to the Quote. If no rate exists at the time of the search use the Rate Request button to launch rate requests to as many vendors as you want in order to obtain their rates. Once received they can be added to your rates databases. Once the Select Rates tab form is completed then click on the Prepare Quote tab and add any additional information. At this point you have the ability to mark up each line item charge by a fixed amount or a percentage, when completed save and print the quote or fax or email to your customer.
