Support Maintenance Agreement Our Support Maintenance Agreement clients pay $35.00 per user license per month. This provides these firms with unlimited 24/7 support and free upgrades to Intuitive Transport. Clients that are under the Support Maintenance Agreement program can apply to become a member of the Intuitive Transport User Group (ITUG), upon acceptance they are provided a password so they may use the ITUG secure website and are listed in ITUG for the other ITUG members to consider using as an agent so they may transmit documents and much more.

Per Call Support time is charged on a per call basis at a rate of $85.00 minimum per call with an hourly rate of $135.00 charged in 15 minute increments. Per Call support clients must  provide a valid credit card prior to any support being provided. Our hours for Per Call Support clients is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to Noon and from 1:00PM to 4:30PM. Upgrades can be purchased at our retail pricing.

No Yes Setup Fee of $2000.00. The hosting fee is $35.00 per user per month in addition to monthly maintenance and support.
